substantial cash flow and significant asset base enables BGC to move quickly on
investment opportunities.
The company's property investment division includes a
portfolio of substantial building assets including the 20-storey BGC Centre and
two eight-storey buildings, all in the Perth CBD. Other major components are a
four-storey office block in West Perth, 24,000 m2 of offices and warehouses at
Kewdale, and the group's major manufacturing and distribution complexes at
Hazelmere, Canning Vale and Armadale.
The property division has the financial capability and
property management expertise for substantial property investments.
