Our History

For more than 60 years, we have been building a better future for more Australians

Founded in 1959 by architect Len Buckeridge, we started out as a property development and building company focused on residential home construction in Perth. Our aim was to make home ownership an affordable reality for people in WA, but Len soon saw the opportunity for the company to do more and be more.

Driven by Len’s vision, we developed multiple businesses to manufacture our own construction materials and building products. Over the following years, our company grew, our brand became a household name and our capabilities continually increased. Before long, we diversified further into the commercial construction space, becoming WA’s only vertically integrated construction company.
