Our Reconciliation
Action Plan

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands across Australia. We recognise and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their unique position in Australian culture and history, and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.

BGC’s Reflect RAP – click here to download – is developed in recognition of our commitment to creating a workplace culture that is inclusive, where everyone feels safe at work and has opportunities to contribute, develop & thrive.

It is our first formal step towards sustainably and strategically taking meaningful action to advance Reconciliation.

Our Reflect RAP commitments focus on:

  • Further develop and enhance relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the broader Australian community, by building trust and respect.
  • Deepening our understanding through education and by celebrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander’s rich history, culture and achievements.
  • Creating opportunities through employment and professional development.
