Frontline Leaders Program
The Frontline Leaders Program has been developed to support our current supervisors and early career managers in building their leadership talents, aligned to the BGC Way.
The program has a focus on managing and leading others, building fundamental management, safety, commercial and financial capabilities, whilst deepening an understanding of BGC operations.
Coaching for Impact and Performance Program
The Coaching for Impact and Performance Program supports us in creating a safe and high performing organization, through building leader’s coaching skills.
The program gives leaders the opportunity to practice and build coaching skills whilst supporting our people who are completing their Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
